- A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking deposit or security fee has been successfully paid.
- Booking details (date, time, service, location, and price) are displayed before payment and should be reviewed carefully.
3. Booking Deposit / Security Fee
- Some Service Providers require a booking deposit or security fee to secure a booking.
- The deposit amount is set by the Service Provider, not by Kunkumula.com.
- The deposit is paid upfront at the time of booking and acts as an initial commitment toward the service.
- Unless otherwise stated by the Service Provider, the deposit may:
- Be deducted from the total service cost, or
- Act as a refundable or non‑refundable security fee (as clearly stated on the listing).
4. Payments
- All payments made through Kunkumula.com are processed securely.
- The booking deposit is transferred to the Service Provider according to our payout schedule.
- Kunkumula.com may charge a platform or processing fee, which will be clearly shown before payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Service Provider and clearly displayed on their listing.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy before booking.
- In general:
- Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in loss of the booking deposit.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Kunkumula.com does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.
6. Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must follow the Service Provider’s rescheduling policy.
- Approval of rescheduling is at the discretion of the Service Provider.
- Additional fees may apply.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By booking through Kunkumula.com, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete booking information.
- Arrive on time for the scheduled service.
- Communicate respectfully with Service Providers.
- Comply with all agreed terms for the service booked.
8. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers are responsible for:
- Accurately describing their services, pricing, and policies.
- Delivering services as agreed with the Customer.
- Clearly stating whether deposits are refundable or non‑refundable.
9. Platform Limitation of Liability
- Kunkumula.com acts only as a marketplace and is not a party to the service agreement between Customers and Service Providers.
- We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided.
- Any disputes should be resolved directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.
10. Disputes
- In the event of a dispute, we encourage Customers and Service Providers to resolve issues amicably.
- Kunkumula.com may, at its discretion, assist with communication but is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.
11. Changes to These Terms
- Kunkumula.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
